Gaetan has been roofing for 14 years, ran crews for about 10 years. Spent a couple of years doing sales/running the office before buying the business 2 years ago. Vast knowledge of commercial flat systems and residential high quality workmanship projects. Putting the focus on safety, quality and the employees since taking over while steering the company towards a more responsible direction where the environment is taken into consideration.
Mandi Bogie
Office Manager
Mandi has recently just taken over the position of Office Manager at Erickson Roofing in March of 2019, but has been in the construction industry for 15 years. When she is not busy with work she enjoys spending time watching movies and cooking with her 13 year old daughter, as well as she is a huge football fan.
Yanick Maheux
Residential Project Manager
Yanick has been in the roofing industry for over 10 years with experience with residential and commercial application including knowledge of a great variety of roofing systems for slope and flat roofs. After moving to Vancouver Island in 2006, he spent many years working at Erickson Roofing before taking a small leave of absence from the industry only to come back in his current position in 2017.
Kevin Skolski
Commercial Project Manager
Kevin has been with Erickson Roofing for 15 years and has been in the roofing business for 35 years. He carries tickets in flat, sloped roofing and metal roofing. Kevin was born and raised on the island. When he is not busy at work he enjoys cooking, spending time with his family and watching sports.
